End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to any Tawana application, software component, or related digital product made available to you by Tawana Commerce Ltd.
1. License Grant
Tawana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software solely for your internal, personal, or business use in connection with the Tawana service.
2. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Tawana and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, or redistribute the software except as allowed by law
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- use the software in a way that harms the service or other users
4. Updates
Tawana may release updates, fixes, or improvements. Some updates may be required for continued use of the software or related services.
5. Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate this agreement or if access to the related Tawana service is terminated. On termination, you must stop using the software.
6. Disclaimer
The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Tawana does not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tawana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
